Ingredients:

  • 15L of water
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 3cm of fresh ginger grated
  • 1/2 packet Konjac noodles
  • 1/4 tsp dried chili flakes
  • 1-star anise optional
  • 1 stock cube
  • 2 tbsp ACV
  • 4 tbsp tamari soy sauce
  • 1 bunch Bok Choy
  • 1 c cabbage
  • 2 tbsp Coriander
  • 100g of protein (prawns, tofu, chicken, or beef)

Directions:

  • Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Once boiled add soy, acv, and stock cube. Reduce to medium heat
  • Soften cabbage in a frypan with a tad of water until soft and cooked. Add garlic, ginger, and stir for approx. 2 mins.
  • Add cabbage mixture to the boiling water. Along with bok choy, star anise, and chili
  • Add protein and noodles (cooking time will depend on the protein of choice)
  • Serve in a big bowl and top with fresh coriander until golden.
