Ingredients:
- 15L of water
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 3cm of fresh ginger grated
- 1/2 packet Konjac noodles
- 1/4 tsp dried chili flakes
- 1-star anise optional
- 1 stock cube
- 2 tbsp ACV
- 4 tbsp tamari soy sauce
- 1 bunch Bok Choy
- 1 c cabbage
- 2 tbsp Coriander
- 100g of protein (prawns, tofu, chicken, or beef)
Directions:
- Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Once boiled add soy, acv, and stock cube. Reduce to medium heat
- Soften cabbage in a frypan with a tad of water until soft and cooked. Add garlic, ginger, and stir for approx. 2 mins.
- Add cabbage mixture to the boiling water. Along with bok choy, star anise, and chili
- Add protein and noodles (cooking time will depend on the protein of choice)
- Serve in a big bowl and top with fresh coriander until golden.
