Ingredients:

100g Chicken breast
3 spoons of danish fetta as per the daily dairy allowance mashed with garlic spring onion & chopped spinach,
​5 crushed melba and spices

Directions:

Mix the fetta with the mashed garlic, spinach, and spring onion and fill the chicken breast. Then roll the breast in 5x crushed melba, chili, Moroccan parsley, onion powder & chives.
​Cook in the air fryer or oven. 200 degrees for 20-30 mins.
