Ingredients:
100g Scotch Fillet
Large handful of silverbeet/spinach
1 onion
1 tsp fresh garlic
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
Marinade
Tamari sauce mixed with water. Adjust to preferred saltiness.
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl, mix and let sit for 30 mins at least, the longer the better.
- Simmer until most liquid has dissolved and thickened up a little.
