Ingredients:

​100g Red lentil flour ( or chickpea )
​Italian herbs
​Garlic powder
​Fresh basil
​Fresh coriander
​Shallots
​Chilli Flakes
​Onion Flakes
​Sodawater ( enough to make a runny batter )
​To serve : cherry tomatoes, S + P, 1 Tbs cream cheese.

Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients, shallots and fresh herbs. Mix in soda water. The consistency should be a runny pancake batter. Pour into muffin tin. Bake at 16- degrees for 15-20 mins. Slice in half and spread cream cheese and cherry tomatoes on top.
