Ingredients:

Egg – x2 small
Prawns – 50g
Garlic – 3 cloves sliced
Spanish onion – half, chopped
Baby spinach – a good handful
Asparagus – bunch, chopped 1cm bits
Slendier rice – 1 pack = 2 serves
Celery – 3 sticks, thinly sliced
Cabbage – small chunk, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper

Directions:

​Fry everything together in a hot pan until veggies are tender. Enjoy.
​Two servings. No need for extra flavouring.
