Ingredients:

​​1 x Chicken frame1 ​Bag of ripen tomatoes

70 gr chickpea100 gr Brown onion

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp mustard powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp stevia

1 clove garlic 2 tsp grated ginger

10 gr chives

100 ml water

Chilli flakes to taste

A little spray of olive oil

​Dipping ( cucumber & mint raita) :
Cucumber deseeded
1 tsp Greek yogurt low fat
1/4 tsp fresh chopped mint
1/4 stevia
Salt

Directions:

​To make Broth – In a pan on medium heat, Fry the 1.5 Mix all ingredients and cook in an air fryer approx 12 minutes. at 180.
