Ingredients:

70 gr chickpea
100 gr Brown onion
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp stevia
1 clove garlic 2 tsp grated ginger
10 gr chives
100 ml water
Chilli flakes to taste
A little spray of olive oil

​Dipping ( cucumber & mint raita) :
Cucumber deseeded
1 tsp Greek yogurt low fat
1/4 tsp fresh chopped mint
1/4 stevia
Salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and cook in an air fryer approx 12 minutes. at 180.
