Ingredients:

50g Chick-pea flour
salt & soda water
100g Mince
half an onion
onion powder
garlic powder
cumin, oregano, salt
cayenne pepper, paprika
123 tomato sauce
fresh tomatoes
daily cheese allowance

Directions:

  • Mix chick-pea flour, salt & soda water together and bake in an oven try for 10 mins on 180 degrees. Cut into triangles.
  • Fry the mince and onion together with the spices add to the top of triangles with 123 tomato sauce, fresh tomatoes, and cheese.
