Ingredients:

​100 gr chicken breast
2 cups cabbage
Cabbage leaf
1/2 cucumber
Shredded lettuce
1/2 Spanish onion
Crushed garlic & ginger
Apple cider vinegar
Lemon wedges
Splash Tamari sauce
Cracked pepper
Choice of herbs

Directions:

Marinate chicken in garlic, ginger, soy sauce, ACV, herbs & pepper. Slice onion immerses in ACV rest in the fridge. Cut up vegetables. Fry chicken adding ACV
When cooked cut and add all ingredients into cabbage leaf squeeze on lemon & cracked pepper
