Ingredients:

WRAP
50g chickpea flour
1/4 cup soda water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp oregano

FILLING
50g meat
small handful spinach
small handful cucumber
1/4 of an onion

DRESSING
1 tbsp greek yogurt
1/2 squeezed lime
salt and pepper

Directions:

  • Mix all the wrap ingredients together to create a thin batter. More or less soda water may be needed to create the desired consistency. Pour into the flat press and cook on medium heat until cooked through.
  • Mix the dressing ingredients together. Add extra cucumber if you desire.
  • Prepare the filling ingredients and place them into the wrap, add dressing, and VOILA!
