Ingredients:

300g chopped fish
1/2 chopped onion
Handful chopped spinach
10 crushed mini toast
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp chopped grated cheese
lemon-pepper salt

Directions:

  • Cook fish and onion, add spinach when fish is cooked, stir in sour cream and add lemon pepper.
    Place in 3 little pie dishes top with crushed mini toast then add cheese on top of that, cook under grill or in air fryer till golden.
    Enjoy (makes 3)
