Ingredients:

100g chicken – cubed
2 cups chicken stock ( 2 chicken cubes)
1 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch cloves, all spices, and nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups chopped cabbage
1/2 packet “slim pasta” or “Miracle Noodles” (optional)

Directions:

In a saucepan, saute the chicken. Add all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45 mins. Shred the chicken before serving. Wash noodles/pasta, add 3 mins. from the end of cooking time.
