Ingredients:

100 grams of Tofu
1 cup vegetable stock with water
2 tomatoes chopped
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 clove garlic crushed
1/8 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Pinch of allspice and a pinch of stevia

Directions:

  • Sauté the Tofu with the onion and garlic for about 3 minutes or until cooked.
  • Add vegetable stock, curry, and stevia.
  • Add garlic and onion powder to thicken the mixture. Cook for 5-10 minutes on medium heat. Add water or reduce liquid until desired consistency is reached.
