Ingredients:

200g of chicken breast diced
small bunch of coriander
1 small onion
tbsp of grated ginger
1 clove crushed garlic
salt & pepper
2 tbsps of curry powder
half cup of water
2 tbsps of coconut cream

Directions:

Spray a pan, pop on medium heat. Brown the chicken and onion together.
Add garlic and ginger.
Add half a cup of water. And coconut cream.
ook on med/low heat for 20 mins., it will slightly thicken.. You could serve with Konjac noodles or rice. Bon Appetit!
