Ingredients:

1100g chicken breast
beef stock
1 small onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1 tbsp light sour cream
lettuce
1 bunch of fresh parsley

Directions:

Lightly fry some onion, chicken breast, and garlic powder. Add lemon juice and beef stock. Once the chicken is cooked, add the sour cream at the end to make a sauce.
Put on a bed of lettuce and stir through the fresh parsley. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
