Ingredients:

400g Chicken breast
1/2 brown onion
1 large clove garlic
1 stick celery
1 mussel stock cube
1 cup water
3 spring onions
1 bunch asparagus
3 cups baby spinach
2 tbsp light sour cream
cracked black pepper
konjac noodles

Directions:

In a non-stick pan, gently cook 400 grams of the chicken breast until sealed
Then add onion, garlic, celery, stock cube & water. Reduce slightly then add spring onion, asparagus, spinach & sour cream.
serve on konjac noodles.
Makes 4 meals with 1/2 tbsp daily dairy allowance in each serve.
