Ingredients:

1 tin salt reduce chickpeas

1 x Small quarter cabbage

1 x Handful of baby spinach

2 x Spring onion

2 x Garlic cloves

1 x Small piece of ginger

1 x Tbsp Curry powder ( more if required)

1 x tsp Coriander powder

1tbs Greek yogurt

Squeeze of lime

Directions:

Cut cabbage and place 2 tsp water in and cover on low heat. Add spices, onion, and spinach with chickpeas. Add greek yogurt and lime. Cook over low-medium heat for 15 mins or until veggies are cooked through. Then ENJOY!

This makes a large batch. Portion and freeze to enjoy later.
