Ingredients:

500g diced chicken
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp gram masala
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tbsp of plain yogurt
500g crushed tomatoes
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
1 piece ginger
3 tbsp cream

Directions:

  • Marinate chicken with paprika, cayenne, gram masala, turmeric, cumin, and plain yogurt. Set aside.
  • Cook down the chicken in a medium-high pan. Once cooked, remove chicken from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, cook down the onion, fresh ginger, garlic, and the same spices from the marinade.
  • Throw in tomatoes rushed and roughly blended tomato and 3 tbsp of cream. Let simmer. Add a portion of chicken to a portion of the sauce, some washed and seasoned Konjac noodles.
  • Makes 5 serves.
