Ingredients:

400g chicken breast
1 bag of spinach
1 bunch of silverbeet
2 chicken stock cubes
1 clove of garlic
1 onion
curry powder to taste
1 knob of ginger
1 tbsp Braggs
4 tbsp coconut cream
Konjac rice

Directions:

Cut up chicken breast and fry with garlic, onion, curry powder, and ginger until chicken is browned. Add chicken stock and simmer. Add Braggs. Add spinach and silverbeet and simmer until wilted. Add the coconut cream and serve with konjac rice.
