Ingredients:

50g chickpea flour
1/2 cup soda water
Pinch salt
50g shredded chicken
2 cups finely shredded cabbage
Handful chopped spring onion
Sprinkle of chili flakes or fresh chili
​Serve with a tablespoon of tzatziki if you haven’t had your daily dairy allowance

Directions:

Whisk flour & soda water together then add the other ingredients. Fry in a pan with a light spray of oil about 4 mins each side or until brown. Serve with a mixture of Chinese black vinegar & Tamari
