Ingredients:

50g chick pea flour
1/2 cup soda water
Pinch salt
50g shredded chicken
2 cups finely shredded cabbage
Handful chopped spring onion
Sprinkle of chilli flakes

Directions:

Whisk flour & soda water together then add the other ingredients
Fry in pan with a light spray of oil about 4 mins each side or until brown. I serve with a mixture of Chinese black vinegar & Tamari
Enjoy.
