Ingredients:

  • 100g Beef Strips
  • 50g slender noodles
  • 4 asparagus
  • 1 onion
  • cup of Baby Spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp chicken broth
  • bunch of parsley

Directions:

  • Slightly fry the noodles to separate and add flavor
  • Cook the beef strips and onion together until the onion is soft – then add the rest of the ingredients. Leave the asparagus till last and add them with 1 min to go.
