Ingredients:
- 100g Beef Strips
- 50g slender noodles
- 4 asparagus
- 1 onion
- cup of Baby Spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp chicken broth
- bunch of parsley
Directions:
- Slightly fry the noodles to separate and add flavor
- Cook the beef strips and onion together until the onion is soft – then add the rest of the ingredients. Leave the asparagus till last and add them with 1 min to go.
