Ingredients:

500g beef mince
Half a cabbage
3 handfuls of spinach leaves
2 handfuls of celery
2 onions
1 pt of konjac noodles
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp Bragg’s sauce
3 tsp of minced garlic

Directions:

In a non-stick pan, gently brown beef mince
Then add cabbage, celery, onions, and garlic until softened
Add curry powder and Bragg’s sauce
Mix in konjac noodles
Makes 5 serves dairy allowance in each serve.
