Ingredients:
1 big bunch of Asparagus
Half a large onion
2x chicken stock cubes
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a pot and simmer until the veggies are soft
Alternatively, put it in a slow cooker on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours
Blend together in a blender
