Ingredients:
100gm minced beef or chicken
1 x Small onion
1 x Cup of cabbage
1/2 cup of celery
1/2 cup of asparagus
1/4 tsp of minced garlic
you like
Directions:
Cook in a pan together then add a sprinkle of curry & garlic powder to taste. ENJOY!
